- Terminal 1: After arriving to Terminal 1 of Harry Reid International Airport, please proceed to Level 0 (ground level) below baggage claim. Approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, exit the building and cross the crosswalk toward the parking garage. Your shuttle driver will be waiting in a parking spot for inter-city shuttles and can check you in for your trip.
- Terminal 3: After arriving to Terminal 3 of Harry Reid International Airport, please take the free inter-terminal tram or inter-terminal shuttle to Terminal 1, where your shuttle driver can pick you up for your trip.
- Passengers on the Las Vegas Airport to North Rim Shuttle should present confirmation of their booking.
