- Follow the pick-up instructions below, unless contacted by Trans-Canyon Shuttle or your shuttle driver with alternate instructions.
- Terminal 1: After arriving to Terminal 1 of Harry Reid International Airport, please proceed to Level 0 (ground level) below baggage claim. 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, exit the building and cross the crosswalk toward the parking garage. Your shuttle driver will be waiting in a parking spot for inter-city shuttles and can check you in for your trip.
- Terminal 3: After arriving to Terminal 3 of Harry Reid International Airport, please take the free inter-terminal tram or inter-terminal shuttle to Terminal 1, where your shuttle driver can pick you up for your trip.
- Passengers must present confirmation of their booking upon checking in.
