- Terminal 3: After arriving to Terminal 3 of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, please proceed to baggage claim. 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, exit door #9 and cross to the center island. Turn to the left and wait at the blue inter-city shuttle sign. Your shuttle driver will pick you up at the curbside and check you in for your trip. The shuttle departs Terminal 3 at the scheduled departure time before picking up at Terminal 4.
- Terminal 4: After arriving to Terminal 4 of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, please proceed to baggage claim. 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, exit door #5 and cross to the center island. Please wait at the blue inter-city shuttle sign. Your shuttle driver will pick you up at the curbside and check you in for your trip. The shuttle departs Terminal 3 at the scheduled departure time before picking up at Terminal 4.
